Affiliate program terms

These are the rules of the FacelessHype affiliate program, in plain words. By joining you agree to them.

What you earn

You earn 20% of every plan payment made by a customer you referred, for as long as that customer keeps paying for a plan. The 20% is of the amount the customer actually paid, without sales tax or VAT. Credit packs do not earn a commission.

Who counts as your customer

A new customer counts as yours when they sign up or buy within 60 days of opening your link, or when they type your discount code at checkout. If they open another affiliate's link later, the newest link counts. A code typed at checkout counts over any link. Once a customer makes their first payment, they stay yours.

Your discount code

Your code gives new customers 10% off their first payment (the first month, or the first year on a yearly plan). It works only for people who have never paid us before.

When you get paid

Each commission waits 30 days, our refund window. After that it is ready to pay. We pay by PayPal once a month from $50; a smaller amount rolls over to the next month. We send the money to the PayPal email you save in Settings, Affiliate. Until you save one, your balance waits and is paid in the first monthly payout after you add it. Make sure the email is right: a payout sent to the email you saved counts as paid. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

Refunds and chargebacks

If a payment is refunded or disputed, the commission on it is taken back. If it was already paid to you, it comes off your next payout. If a dispute is later decided in our favor, the commission comes back.

What is not allowed

• Referring yourself, or a second account of yours. It never earns a commission.
• Paid search ads on our brand name: FacelessHype, Faceless Hype, or spellings of it.
• Spam: unsolicited messages, comment spam, fake reviews, or posting your link where it is not welcome.
• Saying things about FacelessHype that are not true, or promising results we do not promise.
• Pretending to be FacelessHype, or using a name or account that looks like ours.

Ending the program for abuse

We can close an affiliate account that breaks these rules. Commissions earned by breaking them are not paid. You can leave the program at any time by writing to us.

Changes

We may change these terms or end the program. We tell you by email before a change takes effect, and commissions already earned stay yours under the terms they were earned under.
