Terms of service

These terms cover your use of FacelessHype, a service that writes, voices and renders faceless short videos for YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Your account

You need an account to render videos. Keep your login private. You are responsible for what is made with your account.

What you own

You own the videos you keep and may post, edit and monetize them. You give us permission to store and process your ideas, scripts and videos so we can run the service. Only upload music and other files you have the right to use, because you are responsible for them.

What you may not make

No content that imitates a real person without their consent, no false claims presented as fact (health, finance or news), nothing illegal or hateful, and nothing that copies another creator's scripts, characters or catchphrases. You are responsible for following the rules of the platforms you post to, including their labels for realistic AI content.

Credits and billing

Plans renew each month or year until you cancel, which you can do in one click on the billing page. Failed videos and failed clip remakes give their credits back automatically. If something else is wrong, report it from the editor and we will review it. Plan credits do not roll over: when your next monthly credits arrive, unused plan credits end. Credits you buy never expire. Credits have no cash value. All payments are final. You can cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. By paying you ask us to start right away and agree that you lose the right to cancel for a refund once your credits are added.

Posting to your accounts

Posting to YouTube, TikTok or Instagram from FacelessHype is not available yet. When it is, FacelessHype will post only the videos you choose, and you will be able to disconnect an account at any time.
